Registration
Complete the registration form and mail it to us with your payment
to the address below.
Payment reserves your space in class. Please make your check payable to
"Positive Dog Training", for the full amount.
Be sure to check the schedule carefully for the price of the class you are
registering for as fees differ depending on the class.
Do not email us asking class availability as this changes
daily. We cannot confirm class registration via email.
Please note:
No confirmations will be sent. If your first choice class is full, we
WILL contact you by phone to suggest or confirm an alternate class.
