Sidney Ocheltree
Sidney Ocheltree grew up with cats, mice and rabbits in her life. In 2004 Sidney expanded to dogs with a Labrador retriever named Frank. After taking a Beginning Obedience class at Positive Dog Training, she realized how much fun obedience training was and that there was a lot more to it than “Sit, Stay, and Come.” Sidney and Frank have continued training and are currently competing in Rally and Traditional Obedience. When not training Frank, Sidney is a math and science teacher.
Sidney has assisted in classes since 2005 and teaching Obedience and Rally since 2008 at Positive Dog Training. A first time dog owner herself, she understands how confusing it can be when you first start training a dog. Sidney’s sincere hope for those in her classes is that they have fun while training their dog and want to continue whether it is for competition or cute tricks to show off at home.
